The past five years have been an interesting time. There have been some mega trends in the business world that have had such a profound effect on how we work and live. Technologies are transforming industries, the surge of the startup community is building a new kind of business ecosystem, there is an increased focus on diversity in the workplace and there continues to be blurred lines between our personal and business lives

I have worked in the corporate environment my entire adult life. I have loved it and fell in love with it when I first stepped into one right out of University. But over the years I always felt like I was the odd one out. I could never put my finger on it.

I have learned that with every conflict there is opportunity for positive change…the ability to break through and transform.
